NOLA Distilling

When Kirk Coco of NOLA Brewing decided to take the plunge into the spirits business using only Louisiana sourced ingredients we knew this was something we wanted to be a part of.  The story of NOLA distilling begins with Kirk's inspiration for creating New Orleans' first sweet potato vodka, and follows the product all the way through one of the first public tastings.  This project spanned multiple locations and many days for our team, but when you're filming vodka, it's always worth it at the end of the day.
